The information, video demonstrations and other content on the Site provided is for educational purposes only. No doctor patient, or counselor relationship exists between you and Wisdom Clinic®. The information disclosed by you, if any, in this course, as well as any record created of it, is NOT subject tothe doctor-client privilege. You understand that the primary purpose for participating inand receiving the online course is educational — to offer experiential learning of how Wisdom Clinic® principles are applied in practice.

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless, release, remise and forever discharge and covenant not tosue or hold legally liable Wisdom Clinic®, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions,or causes of action whatsoever related to your use of the Wisdom Clinic®Site, including theonline educational course.

This consent includes all staff that are employed by, associated with, or serve as back-up for Wisdom Clinic®, whether or not their names are listed on this form. Wisdom Clinic®, through itsSite, has communicated the goals and potential benefits of using the features, and the associatedrisks of using the Site features, including the online courses. You have had the opportunity to readthese terms of service and understand the above statements, accept the risks mentioned, and hereby consent and agree to the terms thereof.

Due to the nature of the Site, the videos and content may contain content copyrighted by another entity or person. The Site’s owner claims no copyright to the said content. The owner of the Site is a messenger and sharer of information and strives to verify but cannot warrant the accuracy of of copyright or completeness of the information.

If you have a complaint about something or you find your content being used incorrectly, please contact the owner of the Site prior to making a copyright claim. Any infringement was not done on purpose and will be rectified to the parties satisfaction where appropriate.

If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, invalid, or violates applicable law, such provisionshall be deemed stricken and shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions of thisAgreement.You hereby agree that any and all claims, disputes, demands, or actions or any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. You further agreethat this Agreement shall be interpreted and construed under the laws of India regardless ofany principles of conflicts of law to the contrary.
